Craftsmanship & Social Responsibility at Minh Tien Ceramic
In manufacturing, success is often measured by production capacity, delivery performance, or product quality. At Minh Tien Ceramic, those metrics matter but they are not where our story begins.
Our business has always been built around people.
For more than 30 years, Minh Tien Ceramic has remained a family-owned ceramic manufacturer in Dong Nai, Vietnam. While our products travel to customers around the world, every piece still begins with the hands, experience, and dedication of the people who make it. From mould makers and kiln operators to decorators and quality inspectors, craftsmanship remains at the center of everything we do.
Craftsmanship is About People, Not Just Products
Handmade ceramics cannot be separated from the people behind them.
Every glaze reacts differently in the kiln. Every hand-painted detail reflects the skill and concentration of the artisan who created it. Even with modern manufacturing processes, experience continues to play an irreplaceable role in producing consistent, high-quality ceramics.
Many members of our production team have spent years- some even decades – working with clay, glaze, and firing. Their knowledge has been built through thousands of production cycles rather than written instructions alone.

For us, craftsmanship is not simply preserving traditional techniques. It is continuously passing knowledge from experienced workers to the next generation, ensuring that every product carries the same attention to detail that has defined Minh Tien Ceramic since its early years.
Growing Together as a Team
As a family business, we believe long-term relationships create better products.
Many of our employees have grown alongside the company and worked with us for over 20 years. Their experience has helped us expand from sanitary ware manufacturing into decorative and functional indoors ceramics for international customers. This growth has only been possible because we continue investing in the people who make our products every day.
Training new workers is an important part of that commitment. New team members are given time to learn production techniques, understand quality standards, and develop practical skills before taking on greater responsibilities.

Rather than viewing people as interchangeable labor, we see every employee as someone building a long-term career in ceramic manufacturing.
Responsibility Beyond the Factory
Being a human-first company also means creating stable opportunities for the local community.
Social responsibility at Minh Tien Ceramic is not defined solely by certifications or policies. It is reflected in everyday decisions:
- Providing stable employment and fair working conditions.
- Investing in skill development instead of relying solely on short-term labor.
- Building long-term relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Producing durable ceramic products designed to be used for years rather than quickly replaced.
These principles may not always appear on a product specification sheet, but they influence every collection we manufacture.

Looking Ahead
As Minh Tien Ceramic continues to work with international brands, we remain committed to combining manufacturing capability with human values.
Technology helps us improve efficiency. Processes help us maintain consistency. But it is people who shape the character of every product leaving our factory.
Being a human-first company does not mean choosing people over quality, it means recognizing that quality begins with people.
That belief has guided Minh Tien Ceramic for more than three decades, and it continues to shape how we work today and how we hope to grow in the years ahead.
Let’s shape something meaningful together!
