Minh Tien Ceramic was founded in 1994 in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, initially specialising in ceramic sanitary ware. In 2000, we launched our domestic handicraft brand that became the driving force behind our creative and manufacturing growth.

After partnering with local Vietnamese businesses in the early 2000s, we steadily expanded into exporting custom ceramic stoneware to meet growing European and North American demand for high-quality ceramic products from Vietnam.

Minh Tien Ceramic has remained 100% privately owned and family-run since day one. That independence gives us flexibility in management and consistency in governance, backed by a dedicated team who have shared our values and love for Vietnamese ceramics for over thirty years.

Today, we serve international buyers through our OEM/white label and ODM/private label export services, while continuing to supply our domestic Vietnamese market through Lina Pottery by Minh Tien Ceramic (handicrafts) and IMAS by Minh Tien Ceramic (sanitary ware).

What We Stand For

These values are what many of our international buyers and domestic partners have come to recognise over years of working together — and why they keep coming back.

01
Fair

We aim to provide good quality ceramic products at a just price — for our clients, for our craftspeople, and for our domestic customers. Fair pricing is a core commitment, not a concession.

02
Ethical

We make sure our teams and all stakeholders are treated and paid fairly. We run a human-first company with above-market wages, a safe work environment, and creative freedom for our craftspeople.

03
Conscious

We work with clients who understand the need for a sustainable global supply chain. Responsible production and sourcing are not trends — they are principles we have operated by since the beginning.
