Minh Tien Ceramic focuses on the middle segment and caters to all markets – from the local Ho Chi Minh City ceramic shop to a North American ceramic trading and sourcing business.
We usually collaborate with other SME’s and agencies who have a lower MOQ per order (LCL shipment) but with a guarantee of repeat orders.
We accept all order requests starting from 3,000 units for OEM products and 500 units for ODM products. Please reach out to us for special requests.
For the smallest MOQ that we accept for OEM (3,000 units), the lead time could be broken down into 2 phases:
Depending on the complexity of the item, the lead time could go anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks.
The minimal lead time is 6 weeks for a small OEM order.
We usually quote in EXW and FOB prices. We take a 30-50% deposit upon order reception and L/C at sight or T/T upon product reception at the shipping port.
For most orders, products are individually packed (individual protective layer + carton box) then put inside the master carton box. Packaging prices are usually included in our quoted prices.
We do encourage a low-waste and low-plastic packaging approach to reduce both carbon footprint and post-consumer waste. Customers are encouraged to explore options such as replacing polyfoam with repurposed paper and optimizing the number of protective layers.
Our uniqueness relies on our double specialization – we are both a ceramic sanitary ware and home decoration manufacturer.
We provide an all-inclusive service starting from the plaster moulding process to the single-firing step for small MOQ’s and for products of all shapes and sizes.
Our team also specialises in slip-casting products requiring 100% handmade processes. Hence, customers can simply come with a request and we make it happen.
We believe in our core values of providing high-quality, durable and affordable ceramic products to all households using our 30-year expertise in the field and European equipment. The 1200°C single-firing technique imported from Europe also guarantees all of our products to be safe for home use according to European standards.
Sure! Make sure to also include dimensions and technical requirements in those designs so we can give you the most accurate quotation.
